Located 1 mile from downtown Anchorage, this seasonal B&B operates from May to September. It offers a full breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and bicycle rentals. The property features a solar breakfast common room with glass walls and ceiling for observing Alaskan weather. Guests have access to a guest kitchen, laundry facilities, and a covered outdoor lounge area. The B&B has hosted NOLS participants for 20 years and provides luggage storage for trips outside Anchorage.

The B&B offers three accommodations with washers/dryers and ceiling fans. The Russian Room features a king bed that converts to two singles and a private hallway bathroom. The Family Room (Piano Room) is the largest accommodation, with a king bed, two single beds, and a pull-out loveseat, sleeping up to five. All rooms have unique decor and access to shared kitchen facilities.
